This Is Going Downtown, Right?

My second day in New York, and people are already starting to ask me questions as if I've lived here for years. I must look like a New Yorker!

I finally made it to New York!

Flying standby was an adventure. I wasn't sure I would make it onto the second leg of my flight--when I got to the gate, they announced that the flight was full. But I got the last Standby seat! The stewardesses even congratulated me.

So I didn't get to fly First class, but I got to fly!

One of the disadvantages of flying standby--I got kicked off my flight...

I will be trying to fly out tomorrow...
